Leisurecraft - Tewkesbury was formed in 1986, opening a shop in the delightful Town of Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.

Soon after the shop had become established, I started a mail order service with a Leisurecraft DMC Starter Pack of threads. This was very well received and I felt that I should be reaching a wider audience, so I started doing high profile consumer shows at the NEC, Birmingham and Olympia, London among others, promoting Lavender & Lace Designs.

Customers loved the designs but had difficulty obtaining all the specialised threads and beads. That is when I launched the Leisurecraft Materials Pack. I have learned through 25 years of experience running a Hotel in Oxfordshire with my Husband, that if your service is clean, tidy, efficient, and reasonably priced, customers will be very loyal and come back for more.

The pleasure I gain from having happy customers is immense.
