How to Order Our Products On-Line

1. To order Material Pack(s), go to the required design(s), and click on the 'Add To Shopping Cart' box, this will add the Material Pack(s) ONLY to your shopping cart. You will then have to confirm how many Material Pack(s) you require by filling in the highlighted box.

2. If you require a Chart to go with the Materials Pack before you click on the 'Add To Shopping Cart' box, use your mouse and tick the box that says: 'Tick this box to include a Chart', then click on the 'Add To Shopping Cart' box, this will add the cost of the Materials Pack(s) and the Chart(s) together.

3. You then have two options, you can confirm your order; this will then take you back to our catalogue

4. OR you can click on 'Checkout Now', which will then take you to the Name, Address, and Credit Card application form.

5. If you require more Material Pack(s) repeat steps 1 - 4.

6. When you have finished shopping you can view your 'Shopping Basket' by clicking on the 'View Basket' on the left of the page (you can change the quantities and delete items here also).

7. OR you can go to the 'Checkout Now' also on the left of the page and complete your order application.

LeisureCraft Material Packs Contain:

A generous amount of all the DMC Stranded Cottons you will require to complete the design, all lovingly pre-sorted onto symboled project cards.
Plenty of 14-Count Zweigart® Aida Material.
All the required Mill Hill Beads® (if required).
All the required Treasures (if required).
All specialised threads (if required).
Further Instruction Sheet(s) are included (if required).

Please note that LeisureCraft Material Packs DO NOT contain the Chart that you require to complete the picture, this will have to be purchased on the site (or by other means) by putting a tick the box 'Tick this box to include a Chart'.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away, usually over night in the UK except if we are at a Needlecraft Show, but please allow 28 days for UK & International orders. All UK orders now incur a postal charge of approximately £1 per item. This will be charged at cost.

At Leisurecraft-tewkesbury.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. That is why we offer you a "No Quibbles" Returns Policy to return items to us up to 30 days after delivery

To cancel this contract, please fill out the back of the delivery note that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item(s) back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing).

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Our "No Quibbles" Guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s). Back to top

Further, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within 7 days of delivery. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts where the item has been unsealed.

We accept the return of all items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s).

Defective items:
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase (for example, postage and packing).

To return an item:
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original package. Then send the package to the address below:
